  • Rice is not an unhealthy choice. Especially brown rice, unless your animal has a grain allergy. With that being said, every owner has their choices and preference on how they choose to feed their animals. Most veterinarians will agree that rice is a good alternative, but if you choose to feed it to your animal, you must not microwave it, and watch for obvious signs of intolerance.

  • I’ve been using your canine vitamins and preparing homemade dog food for my 3 large dogs for 8 months. I’m so impressed with their coats, their energy, they’ve lost a few pounds and vet reports they are in good health. I would suggest folks looking to do this would look up recipes on the American association of veterinary medicine and be sure they understand dos and don’ts. Rice was very unhealthy and brown rice not any better. I use steel cut oats, eggs, hamburger meat and puréed carrots and green beans. One of my dogs loves pumpkin added. I’ve even noticed less waste from them and reduced digestive issues. I cook all ingredients . I disagree that they are wolves and should eat raw. I prefer the farmers dog philosophy. Thanks for a super product! I’m a fan
