Directions Homemade Dog Food With Eggs:
STEP 1
Make Hard Boiled Eggs For Dogs
Simply put the eggs in a large pot. Add enough cold water to cover them by 2 inches, and bring to a rolling boil.
Turn off the heat and let the eggs sit covered, for eight minutes.
Prepare an ice water bath. Transfer the eggs to the ice water bath to cool completely for about 15 minutes.
Peel the eggs.
STEP 2
Prepare the Pasta
To prevent pasta from sticking, it needs a large pot. For this homemade dog food with pasta, bring 4-6 quarts of water (per pound or 16 oz of pasta) to a rolling boil.
Gently stir in pasta immediately after water reaches a full boil. Pasta should be cooked until it's tender but slightly firm to the bite (al dente). The longer you cook pasta, the mushier it gets, so be sure to cook according to your package instructions (usually 10 to 12 minutes).
STEP 3
Steam the Broccoli
Cut broccoli into very small pieces. Place 3/4 to 1 inch of water in a saucepan with a steamer and bring to a boil. (Note: If you don’t have a steamer, you can simply put the broccoli directly into an inch of boiling water.) Add the broccoli to the steamer and cover; reduce heat to medium and let cook for 5-6 minutes. The broccoli is done when you can pierce it with a fork. As soon as it is pierce-able, remove from heat, drain and let cool.
STEP 4
Add Homemade Dog Food Vitamins
When the eggs, pasta and broccoli are cool to touch, add Azestfor vitamin mix for homemade dog food to this easy homemade recipe with eggs, and serve.

Kibble
Commercially made kibble is a product with an aggressively long shelf life of approximately 18 months. Heavy processing with chemical additives are used to make low cost ingredients shelf stable.
To make kibble, ingredients are combined and ground. Heat and steam are applied to render, which means the food is cooked until fat and juices are drained off. The remaining paste is forced through an extruder to make pellets which are cooked in an oven. A flavor is sprayed onto the pellets to make it smell attractive to your dog.
Raw
If you choose not to cook the protein in Azestfor dog food recipes, follow basic safety precautions for handling raw ingredients. Even if you are serving your dog raw protein, you still need to cook carbohydrates or starches in the recipe to aid your dog’s digestion.
If you choose to buy commercially prepared raw dog food, you are likely paying a premium for ingredients that are not human grade and may contain offal (remnants from meat processing facilities sold in blocks). Be aware that some commercial raw food still needs to have vitamins and minerals added to make it complete and balanced.

We recommend making your own dog food from scratch and cooking your protein because this eliminates the potential of pathogens. This is especially important if you have elderly or infants in the household who may come in contact with dog bowls or waste.
